'Transnationalism, Power and Change: Three Decades of Debt Campaigning'

Jean Somers was coordinator of DDCI from 1993 to 2005.

Jean then went on to pursue a PhD on the topic, which she conpleted earlier in the year. 

This is possibly the first time that the specificities of 30 years of the global debt campaign have been documented in this way. It is a huge service to the movement and would indeed deserve some public discussion and responses to it.
